Concept
The idea comes from the singer Stefano Cattini who has always been passionate about Frank Sinatra and about swing in general with the specific intent to make this kind of sound known and re-flourish.
With the help of guitarist Andrea Solieri, who oversaw the arrangements, they set themselves the goal of demonstrating how even songs that are very distant in time between them can come alive dressed in the voice of a modern crooner.
Structure
The show takes place in a single act of about 120 minutes and sees the presence, in addition to the voice of Stefano Cattini and Andrea Solieri's guitar, of four other instruments: Piano, Contrabasso, Drums and Sax
The concert is a musical journey that starts from the most famous American Crooners of the 40s and 50s and continues with the authors who cleared the genre in Italy in the 60s and then ended up with unexpected songs of pop music arranged in the manner of crooners.
Targets
The objective of the show is certainly to exploit the vocal characteristics of Stefano Cattini to make an original journey in vintage sounds but not only.
