TO ORGANIZE

THE BEST MUSICAL PART OF YOUR WEDDING / EVENT

In this area you will find a series of suggestions that will allow you to make the correct organizational choices, in a provident way. It is thanks to our decades of experience that we have been able to write this practical handbook ... we share our experience, because we know that you believe in us.

1. The Coordinator

Not all our clients hire a Wedding Planner for their wedding day, I can assure you that I have really seen all the colors in my life, from improvised to those able to save an event in a corner given their experience and professionalism. Making a whole bundle is wrong. Marriage is no longer what it once was: real professional teams operate, each in their own sector and field, for the success of the event. The more rich and high level the event is, the more it becomes necessary to have a figure that coordinates all these professionals, a firm but flexible direction, which takes your place and your interest.
  • have you hired a wedding planner? ... explain your wishes to him and make him your ally, trust his advice
  • don't you have a wedding planner? ... your marriage will not be complex but you will also identify someone to be responsible for the event and who will act as coordinator, a parent, the witness of the bride, the maitre de sala.

2. The SIAE

The SIAE permit is important. the Italian company authors and publishers is a company that protects the works of artists. Paying permission siae means paying a fee since we will use music written by other people, artists who have protected their works from copyright. 3. Technical aspects

Consider the music points also according to the necessary technical aspects, one above all THE ELECTRICITY
  • where are the sockets? ... it would be convenient to have power outlets not too far away or not in impossible positions, we are musicians and not electricians. ahahahah, in case stairs, scaffolding, or crossing lakes with power cables are needed ... you have to consider hiring McGuyver.
  • do you need endless extensions? ... we get up to 50 meters, but beyond that we need a little help
  • do we need strange adapters? ... we are equipped with normal sockets or industrial adapters (the blue ones, for instance)
  • Is the ground on which we will have to place the station a minimum level?

4. Music Points

Pensate al vostro evento facendo uno schema non solo mentale ma scritto... ovvero: "fatevi un disegnino"! hahahaha.
Fate bene mente locale su tutti i momenti in cui la musica sarà fondamentale all'interno dell'evento, che sia live o che sia solo riprodotta, è meglio pensare con anticipo a queste soluzioni per non trovarsi sprovvisti proprio durante l'evento. E' veramente brutto correre in mezzo agli ospiti con apparecchi elettronici solo perché non era stato immaginato il punto del taglio torta.
  • avrò musica in modo adeguato in ogni momento del mio ricevimento? 
  • bastano le postazioni preventivate?

5. Climatic conditions

It is logical that anyone would want a nice, sunny and sunny day ... but it is important to think about the good of the event and its guests, it is a pity to waste very good food, beautiful clothes, expensive appliances ... just because we want to self-convince ourselves that the weather forecasts have the same scientific credibility as the magician Otelma and that it is all a conspiracy against you plotted by your colleague from the office that you did not invite because it smells of gorgonzola.

7. Physiological functions

Ragazzi: anche noi musicisti abbiamo funzioni fisiologiche! ...Cioè abbiamo bisogno di bere, mangiare e andare ogni tanto al bagno. E' logico che siamo i primi a dirvi di non darci da mangiare il TIR di roba che date da mangiare ai vostri invitati, basta una pietanza, quello che volete, però per noi è importante avere un punto d'appoggio anche solo in cui sederci nei momenti di pausa, per defaticare e lavorare al meglio. E' sempre ottima cosa avere un tavolo all'interno della sala per non risultare scollati e risultare assenti in caso di bisogno... ma mi raccomando non spendete soldi inutilmente facendoci mangiare 26 primi e 18 secondi
  • ho pensato a un punto d'appoggio per i musicanti?
  • devo ricordarmi di far annaffiare il cantante con l'acqua, tipo geranio

8. Location in the Room

Lo so che ormai vi siete pisciati sotto ... ma il bello deve ancora venire! Puntualmente, sembra che venga fatto apposta ... sotto le casse dell'impianto in sala, al momento pranzo o cena, mettono puntualmente la nonna, quella con l'amplifon... che dopo il brano d'ingresso mi guarda con lo sguardo da terminator (bestemmia inside) e mi chiede con gentilezza di abbassare perché "ha l'apparecchio acustico in distorisione". Quindi il nostro consiglio è innanzitutto di mettere il tavolo staff vicino all'impianto audio, per noi è comodissimo e in questo modo non avremo invitati sotto agli amplificatori, e soprattutto di posizionare gli amici in prossimità della musica, loro staranno al gioco e ci aiuteranno a creare una bella atmosfera coinvolgente. Tenendo le persone più anziane un pochino più distanti, eviteremo di dover suonare del liscio tutta sera: perchè non so se l'avete notato, ma nelle balere in cui vanno gli over 75 ci sono dei volumi che il COCORICO' in confronto è un ritiro Bhuddista.

9. Artistic choices

Wedding reception is important, it's your day, you have to organize it the way you like and that reflects you. Remember that you always try to satisfy everyone but you don't always succeed, do everything you can and you will see that it will be fine ... but always do it keeping in mind your personal taste and your style. Know that in us you will have real allies, we will try to advise you if you ask but we prefer to leave you free. Let us know if there are things we need to avoid or characters that we need to keep under control because they are musically dangerous (I remember the famous phrase: if you approach my uncle Pasquale you will be wary if you give him the microphone)

10. Acoustic Pollution

Ricordate che molte location non permettono di fare musica all'aperto oltre le 23.30/0.00, controllate bene il contratto oppure informatevi bene per non avere strane sorprese. Non facciamoci cogliere impreparati.
