SIAE permit
As I probably told you in the studio and as it appears written also on our basic contractual conditions, the SIAE permit must be requested by the event organizer.
Here is how to request the SIAE PERMISSION FOR PRIVATE EVENTS (if not performed in your own home),this note is another concept that shows that the permit must be requested by the organizer of the event: in the event that there is not permission, the SIAE will do it again on the location owner.

proceed as follows:

1. click on LOGIN / REGISTER ... top right
2. click on REGISTER NOW
3. click USER
4. click PRIVATE
5. follow the procedure entering the data
then log in and request permission for PRIVATE PARTY
once you have permission online you will have to re-access the portal with your account and ASSIGN THE BORDERO by appointing the EXECUTION DIRECTOR (we will fill out the online form by entering the titles of the pieces we have performed, fill it out after completing the 'event), you can search the SIAE database by entering the email in the search fields (info@stefanocattini.com, or greta.bortolotti@gmail.com ... this data is enough).
In this way you won't even have to print the BORDERO 'sheets (music program, on which we once wrote the titles of the songs performed; now you do it online)
once completed online, after the event, we will send it back to you and you will always find it in your personal area of the siae website, and you will be able to return it, always online, to SIAE itself.
it will only be necessary to save or print the SIAE permit.

As I told you, the new generic private party tariff brings the upper threshold up to 200 guests (a party for 20 people pays as one for 199),if you declare that the party is a wedding ... the rate is higher, doubles.
If you declare that you make dance music with DJ ... you add the related rights to the base rate (box under the copyright) ... the total must be charged with 22% VAT (in the pdf the siae puts the costs excluding VAT)
it's up to you to decide what to declare based on the type of party and the type of music service you have chosen.
the times do not affect the cost of the permit.
